Outreach you can stand behind

This page describes the controls that are actually built into ConnectEnginePro today. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Verified company data

Company names, numbers, status, industry (from SIC codes) and directors come from the official Companies House register. Adult care ratings come from the CQC. These are shown as verified.

AI estimates are labelled

Anything inferred by AI, such as employee counts, revenue or likely industry, is marked as an unverified estimate so you never mistake a guess for a fact.

Automatic opt-out handling

When someone replies asking not to be contacted, the reply is recognised, the person is marked do-not-contact, their sequences stop and their address goes on your suppression list.

Suppression checked before every send

Sequence emails check the suppression list, do-not-contact flags and bounce status first. Unsubscribes, spam complaints and bounces reported by the sending provider are added automatically once the event webhook is connected.

Humans approve AI replies

The AI can draft responses to replies, but nothing is sent until a person reviews and approves it. Drafts with unfilled placeholders are blocked.

Erasure on request

If a person asks to be forgotten, every prospect record with their email can be deleted in one step. Only the address is kept on the suppression list so they are not contacted again.

Payments handled by Stripe

Card details are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Card numbers never touch our servers.

UK GDPR and PECR approach

B2B outreach in the UK typically relies on legitimate interest. Each user is responsible for their own lawful basis; the tools above help you respect objections promptly and keep evidence of who opted out and when.
